At Grande Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty results. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your products within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Products

  Securely place your items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
